Graduate Recruitment Assistantship Days (GRAD)

10 a.m. - 3 p.m., Bone Student Center

Designed for prospective College Student Personnel Administration graduate students, this in-person program provides the opportunity to:

  • Introduce candidates to Illinois State, the academic program, and the daily experience of a CSPA student
  • Meet other admitted students, current students, and faculty
  • Meet Student Affairs staff from Illinois State and central Illinois partner institutions
  • Receive an overview of the graduate assistant hiring process and opportunities available at Illinois State

Attendance at GRAD is by invitation only through the College Student Personnel Administration (CSPA) program.

Sorority House Director Positions

A limited number of sorority chapters offer live-in house director positions at Illinois State University and Illinois Wesleyan University. While these positions do not meet the criteria for a tuition waiver, they provide valuable experience in facility management, student care and support, and exposure to Greek life. All positions offer a stipend.
